Practicing Gentleness and a gentle request to be my practice client :)
Nov is #PracticingGentleness month
Hi everyone,
My apologies for not writing for so long. It’s been a rather challenging few months of navigating motherhood and my confusion about how everything is moving so fast, sometimes in the opposite direction of where I want to be.
#PracticingGentleness Month
And so this is why I created a collaborative writing project with my fellow writers, healers, and coaches - #PracticingGentleness month in Nov 2022. The project is hosted on my Gentleness Ambassadors publication on Medium, and I’ve added each story to this ongoing List. I’m so grateful to have 14 other writers contribute their articles so far, and more writers will be joining us for the rest of this month.
Some of the topics covered so far include:
being lovingly mindful of your critical self-talk.
being gentle during the difficult time of a loved one transiting to end-of-life care.
being kind and gentle to plants.
releasing yourself from the hustle and grind culture of being an entrepreneur
gentle parenting in a way that feels enjoyable for you, too.
I hope you’ll enjoy reading some of the articles listed here!
Gentle request for Practice Clients for my MAP Method™ Coaching Certification Program
One of the happy reasons why I got so busy was my sudden decision to hop onto this 7-month coaching certification program on the MAP Method™. I took this brilliant beta test program on weight loss through the use of MAP subliminals by the Head Coach of MAP Coaching Institute, Jelena Katić Ujević, which started in September. Though I didn’t lose physical weight, I lost a lot of heavy emotions and beliefs that made me feel so heavy and trapped. My friend and life coach, Sofie Hon, was also teaching a new intake of MAP students in September, and I was considering whether to sign up for it. The rapid healing I received from Jelena’s program gave me a strong intuitive message to ask Sofie again about the MAP certification program.
After a hearty chat with Sofie, I signed up for the coaching certification program. I’m also helping to write articles for MAP Coaching Institute on their new Medium publication. Here’s my first article sharing this inspiring story of how the MAP modality was created. MAP stands for Make Anything Possible! I hope you’ll give it a read :)
Update as of 9-Dec-2022: I have clocked in 37 MAP sessions, and I feel ready to offer MAP for a low fee now. Thank you to everyone who has volunteered to help me so far.
Thank you for reading this newsletter! I appreciate you :)
With gratitude,
Bingz
