Embodying Gentle Flow as my intention for 2023
And an affordable 5-session package to work with me through MAP
My Phrase for this year is Gentle Flow.
For the past year, I've noticed how I tend to numb and distract myself or cry victim whenever I experience something that upsets me. I even stopped dancing to wait till I felt safe and happy enough to dance again, but there would always be something going on that made my heart feel heavy and sad. Also, I tend to avoid dancing and writing because I was paralyzed by my fear of not being good enough.
So, this year, I've decided to treat Dance as a potent movement medicine to help me ground and center myself, despite any ongoing life dramas. Contemporary dance is my favorite way to immerse in Gentle Flow. It reminds me to find my strength by gently returning to myself. It is grounding, centering, and uplifting. A few nights ago, I took an extremely tiring yet super satisfying two-hour Contemporary Dance class with youthful dancers twenty years younger than me. The instructor was inspiring with her encouragement, nourishing guidance, and demonstration of her beautiful dance. We danced in groups and recorded these precious moments on video. It was so beautiful dancing this routine, with some freestyle movement for a few more beats. It was also incredibly moving for me to watch myself dance on video over and over again. This is pure magic for me that makes me feel so vibrantly alive!
I will keep dancing to create a more Gentle Flow and to encourage myself to keep creating and shining my Light.

Business-wise, I’m returning to the weekly rhythm of taking the MAP certification classes, supervised practice sessions, and giving low-priced practice sessions.
In a nutshell, the MAP Method™ is a simple and often painless method to empower you to quickly dissolve unconscious blocks, gently heal unresolved trauma, and easily overcome emotional stress. Since October last year, I’ve facilitated more than 40 MAP practice sessions, and I’m learned more than half of the full MAP session protocol. Now I feel confident enough to offer packages of 5 MAP sessions for a low fee of U$250. That works to just US$50 per session. These MAP sessions are great for anyone who has good self-awareness and wants to release limiting beliefs and painful memories to create more satisfaction in her/his life.
